BuildIQ supports private home builders and homeowners as they organize decisions, budgets and construction stages.
Guides and cost articles are informational and planning-oriented. They do not replace a project, contractor quote or professional legal, technical or financial advice.
How we use sources and data
Market claims use external sources where appropriate, with their scope and date made clear. A calculator output and a market observation are not automatically the same thing.
We do not average incompatible scopes into false precision. Calculator prices are labeled provisional when the underlying data has meaningful uncertainty.
Each market is researched separately. Prices, currencies, rules and construction practices are not copied between Poland, Germany and the United States.
Updates and limitations
We update content when sources, market conditions or product logic materially change. Publication and update dates are shown with articles.
Sources can change after publication. Check the current offer and scope for the specific project before making an investment decision.
