BuildIQ is a digital tool for organizing home construction, budgets, documents, photos, tasks and progress. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for accurate information, protecting login credentials, lawful use and having the right to upload documents, photos and other content.

You retain ownership of content and project data you create or upload. BuildIQ may store, process, display and transmit it only as needed to provide the service.

AI responses, calculators, budgets, schedules, weather and reminders are informational and organizational tools. They do not replace legal, financial, construction, engineering or safety advice. Important information should be verified before decisions are made.

Terms for active purchases and subscriptions are shown by the relevant store or payment provider. Features, pricing and availability may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

To the extent permitted by law, BuildIQ is not responsible for construction decisions, contractor performance, delays, budget overruns, incorrect user data or AI errors. Account deletion can be initiated in BuildIQ settings; some data may be retained where required by law or security.
